I spent years creating content that looked right but felt wrong. I was performing a version of myself instead of expressing who I was. From the outside, it looked like momentum — brand collabs with Jean Paul Gaultier, Hugo Boss, Adobe. On the inside, I was doing what you might be doing right now: second-guessing every post, chasing formats that weren't mine, wondering why the numbers didn't feel like anything.

When I finally did the inner work — the identity work, the shadow work, the nervous system work — everything changed. The content got easier. The audience got clearer. The income followed.

Every week runs the same four-part container: a pre-call workbook, a 60-minute 1:1, an integration assignment where real content ships, and an end-of-week reflection captured in your Codex. By Day 90 you're holding the four Artifacts — your Fear Map, Identity Statement, Voice Archive, and Crossing Document — plus a live platform and a 30-day posting schedule. Not a folder of notes.
